Jet Mobile Native Themed Messaging Visual Design Specification for Tablet

THE CHALLENGE

CREATE THE JET MOBILE NATIVE THEMED MESSAGING UX / VISUAL DESIGN & SPECIFICATION FOR iOS, ANDROID and WINDOWS TABLETS & MOBILE DEVICES

My goal was to Create the JET mobile native themed messaging ux / visual designs & specifications for iOS, Android, and Windows tablets & mobile devices. This was to be accomplished by:

  1. Conducting a competitive analysis of messaging apps. that had been designed for iOS, Android and Windows tablets and mobile devices. 

  2. Share the analysis of best industry standards from research obtained from the competitive analysis with the Middleware UX Team.

  3. Create JET mobile native themed UX / Visual Designs of the Overlay, Inline and Growl style messages.

  4. Upon approval of the UX / Visual Designs obtained from the middleware ux team, create the visual design specifications and post them to the InVision servers.

MY ROLE

My role was to create the JET mobile native themed messaging ux / visual designs and specifications for iOS, Android and Windows tablets & mobile devices. I accomplished this by:

  1. Conducting a competitive analysis of messaging apps. that had been designed for iOS, Android and Windows tablets and mobile devices.

  2. Sharing my analysis of best industry standards from research I had obtained from the competitive analysis with the Middleware UX Team.

  3. Create the JET mobile native themed UX / Visual Designs of the Overlay, Inline and Growl style messages.

  4. Upon approval of the UX / Visual Designs I had obtained from the middleware ux team, I created the visual design specifications and posted them to the InVision servers.

THE IMPACT

The JET mobile native themed messaging ux / visual designs and specifications for iOS, Android and Windows tablets & mobile devices were considered very successful in that we had achieved our goal of creating useful messaging designs that could be used by our product teams within the applications they were developing. It was also very well received by:

  1. Our Customer base who were creating applications and products with our technology.

  2. Our Management team as the JET mobile native themed messaging ux / visual designs and specifications for iOS, Android and Windows tablets and mobile devices met the requirements that we had received from Product Management.
